What pushes the price up

The number of transactions, the number of GST registrations, TDS and payroll, stock records, and how tidy your papers are.

What a bookkeeper handles in India

Regular GST-registered businesses file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, monthly or quarterly depending on turnover, and deduct and deposit TDS where it applies. Employers may also have PF and ESI filings. Ask which of these are inside the monthly fee.

How to compare quotes fairly

Tell every bookkeeper your number of monthly transactions, bank accounts and employees. Those three numbers decide the price. On VouchQuote every quote follows the same structure and at most three professionals reply, so you can compare them side by side. Quotes on VouchQuote are shown in US dollars.
