Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses VouchQuote (“we”, “us”), operated by VouchQuote Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What we do

We introduce customers who need work done to independent professionals. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a professional, we do not employ professionals, and we are not responsible for the work they carry out.

2. Customers

• Posting jobs and receiving quotes is free.
• You must give accurate information and verify your phone number.
• Each job receives a maximum of 3 quotes.
• You agree not to post jobs you have no intention of hiring for.

3. Professionals

• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices exclude VAT.
• Each plan includes a monthly number of responses. Unused responses do not roll over.
• If a customer has not opened or replied to your quote within 72 hours you may claim the response back. Other refund claims are reviewed by our team.
• You must hold any licences, registrations and insurance required for your work and keep your profile accurate.

4. Reviews

Only customers who hire through us, and professionals they hire, can review each other. Reviews must be honest and lawful. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

5. Acceptable use

No spam, harassment, fraud, off-platform payment requests before hire, or attempts to collect contact details to bypass the platform.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and contact
