What kind of work can I post?
Professional services from freelancers and agencies: websites and apps, SEO and social media, copywriting, graphic design, video, commercial photography, bookkeeping and accounting, business consulting and IT support. We do not cover home repairs or trades.
Is it free to post a job?
Yes. Posting a job, receiving quotes and messaging pros is free for customers. You are never obliged to hire.
Why only three quotes?
Three quotes is enough to compare price and approach without being swamped by calls. Capping each job at 3 also means pros put real effort into every quote.
How are professionals checked?
Every pro verifies their email and phone. We also check ID, company registration and insurance where relevant, and show each check as a badge on their profile.
Why do I need to verify my phone number?
It stops fake and spam job posts, which is how we guarantee pros real leads. Your number is never shown to pros until you hire one.
How do I know a quote is fair?
Every job shows a local price range based on real accepted quotes in your area, or our price guide while we collect data. Quotes far outside that range are flagged.
How do professionals pay?
Pros pay one flat monthly fee for a set number of responses. There are no per-lead credits, and if a customer never opens or replies to a quote within 72 hours the response is refunded automatically.
Which countries do you cover?
We are live across the United Kingdom. The UAE and United States are coming next.
Can I delete my job?
Yes. Close the job from your dashboard at any time and pros who quoted are told straight away.
For professionals
What happens when I run out of responses?
Your allowance resets each month when your plan renews. You can upgrade at any time to get more responses straight away.
How does the ghost refund work?
If a customer hasn’t opened or replied to your quote 72 hours after you sent it, a “Claim refund” button appears and the response goes straight back into your allowance. No forms, no waiting.
What if a lead is fake?
Report it from your quotes page. Our team reviews it within one working day and refunds the response if it was not genuine.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from the billing page whenever you like.
What is the Founding Pro plan?
The first 100 professionals get our lowest price, locked for as long as they stay subscribed, plus a Founding Pro badge on their profile.
Do you take commission on jobs?
No. You keep 100% of what the customer pays you.
