The five-point check

• Scope: does each quote cover everything in your brief?
• Breakdown: can you see what each part costs?
• Timeline: when can they start, and when will it be finished?
• Warranty: what happens if something goes wrong afterwards?
• Proof: reviews, verification badges and examples of similar work.

Watch for outliers
